For our client company, a German Sino joint venture company in motor component/automobile industry we are looking for a Taiwanese Tooling Design Manager in Shanghai.
The company is established in 2005 and is a JV of German and Chinese manufacturing company, situated in Minhang Shanghais with more than 300 employers.

Responsibilities:
l Be in charge of daily management of the Mold design department.
l According to the project plans made by Project Department, arrange the design projects using reasonably human resources. Cooperate with the Mold department Manager for the mold projects. 3. Know and control the process of mold design projects. Help Designers to solve the problems met in the course of mold design.
l Organize to make evaluation at different phases of mold design
l Be responsible to communicate with the clients to confirm/ modify the mold design.
l Be in charge of setting up the procedure of mold design and scheme the design work.

Requirements:
l Academy in Mechanical Engineering, design or equivalent.
l In-depth knowledge in UG (2.0/3.0/4.0).
l 5 years+ working experience in multi-national company whit at least 3 years at supervisor level
l 8 years + experience in precision/plastic Tooling design in manufacturing sector, experience in Automobile industry is a plus;
l Practical knowledge in design processes for precision mechanical jigs and Europe/American tooling standard to support production.
