Working place: Zhejiang Province, China

Job description:

• To assist our clients in developing effect safety regimes within environments where our surveyors work.
• To manage the PPE ordering process, ensuring the appropriateness of PPE supplied, and it’s prompt delivery.
• To proactively work out and encourage all staff to identify and report Near Misses
• To organize the China Safety Forum, and liaise with other interested parties.
• Monitoring the completion of workplace inspection corrective actions.
• Investigation of HS&E incidents, and application of preventative actions.
• To Deliver safety training and awareness sessions internally and externally
• Liaising with and supporting local first aides and fire wardens.
• To continuously review the Risk Register and escalate proposals for update as deemed necessary

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor Degree or above in Engineering, Risk Management or related subjects
• Five years minimum working experience in Occupational Health & Safety.
• Ten Years minimum industrial experience
• Good knowledge of Chinese regulations, codes and standards for HSE, preferably also knowledge about international codes
• Fluent in English and Mandarin.
• Experience in Project Management and China are advantages
