Anyone's been in ZPlace recently ?

With my new born baby and living in Beilun, I haven't been to ZPlace for quite a while.
Still I used to enjoy the place mainly because of the live bands.
I know that interior decoration has been changed and they have now 2 new bands.

Has anyone been there recently ?
Was there a band you prefered ?
Did you try the restaurant ?
Is it still a buffet ?

Yes. Very nice decoration indeed, and the wine cellar at the second floor!!!!! we went at the end of september for the "rock night" and mid october for the old school rock... We liked these every-two-weeks appointments with good music. do you know that now they had also Sundays for speed dating?
About the band, I found that the Friday's band was interesting: the singer is really a good good singer (even if less ... how would I say, warm?- than Arvin); the Lion at drums is impressive, and not only for his hair. I was happy that the russian guy and the bass guy were still there. But maybe the situation changed in this month of November, I cannot say...
About the restaurant... well I use only to drink there
One thing is that I found too much expensive the common wine everyone can find in Metro & Carrefour: to pay the double is normal, more than the double sounds a little weird...
Yesterday we wanted to go there but no time...maybe one of these days we will go, and I will update my impressions...

Yes they definitely made a brand new space for the restaurant downstairs.
I like the way the main entrance is now positioned in the middle (before was full left).
They have now downstairs a nice cozy kinda private lounge. Good idea !
For the band I saw "The Fabulous Five" and they played all kind of hits...
